Sir Knight Sam Lackey was named Sir Knight of the Year by Deacon Lee R. Hurst Assembly 2183.  Sam was recognized for his undying support for the VA Hospital in Memphis where he encouraged our Assembly to raise funds for the new Fisher House to be dedicated this month as well as serving as Sacristan at the VA Hospital Chapel and his support of the VA Holiday Food program.  Sam is also a frequent participant in Honor Guards.
